Good Hygiene: Wash your hands for 20 to 30 seconds with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if you do not have access to soap and water.

Avoid touching your face (including eyes, nose and mouth): It is easy to touch a surface that may be contaminated with the virus and then unknowingly touch your face. The virus can transfer from your hands to your nose and mouth and then enter your body and make you sick.

Stay Home. If everyone stayed home for 14 to 21 days, we could significantly slow this pandemic.

Keeping healthy with a nutritious diet, regular exercise, quality sleep, and a positive attitude can also keep your immune system functioning optimally.
