Cork technology company announces 100 new jobs



A Cork-based technology company has announced 100 new jobs for the area over the next three years.

Workvivo, who provide internal communications technology, have experienced growth during the Covid-19 pandemic as many companies adapting to remote working.

The company noted an increase in users of 200 per cent, with 40 per cent of their total users joining since March.

The company currently employs 35 people, with Woodies, Bus Éireann and Irish Rail among its current clients.

Announcing the jobs, Taoiseach Micheál Martin said: “The Workvivo story is testament to the ability of indigenous Irish companies to make an impact on a global scale.

“Using the software developed here, Workvivo is offering firms new workplace options in uncertain times.

“Workvivo founders John Goulding and Joe Lennon are very committed to Cork and Ireland, and I look forward to seeing their business grow and expand over the coming years.”
